Marine Electric Systems is a prime supplier of the panels that give crews a single point of visibility into the temperature of critical machinery.

Temperature Control Monitoring Panels

On an aircraft carrier or a submarine, the crew needs to know the temperature of critical machinery at a glance, from one location, at all hours. When a bearing, a pump, or a motor begins running hot, the warning has to appear early enough for the crew to act on it before the equipment fails.

Marine Electric Systems is a prime supplier of the temperature monitoring panels that perform that function aboard carriers and submarines. We build them at our facility in South Hackensack, New Jersey, alongside the circuit card assemblies, wiring, and machined components that go inside them, and every panel is tested before it leaves the building.

Building the panels ourselves rather than assembling them from purchased subsystems has a practical consequence for the fleet. We hold the knowledge required to support these units for the life of the platform. When a panel that has been installed for twenty years fails, we can repair it, rebuild it, or produce a replacement, including cases where the original documentation is incomplete and the assembly has to be reverse engineered from a sample.

If your program depends on temperature monitoring equipment, or you are trying to source a replacement for an older panel, we would be glad to review it.
